Stand Up Paddeling is a great summer sport and very easy to learn. Stand Up Paddeling is actually a great whole body workout. By paddling, arms and upper body are trained and balancing strengthens legs and torso.
When the natural outdoor pool is open, you can easily rent SUP boards or book an approx. two-hour SUP course.
